1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using nivasgraphicprint.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products & Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Minimum order quantities apply per product. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet our minimum requirements. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
3. Custom Designs & Uploads
By uploading images or designs, you confirm that you own the copyright or have permission to use them. We are not responsible for copyright infringement caused by customer-supplied content. We reserve the right to reject designs that contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations are not accepted. If the product received has a quality defect (printing error, colour mismatch beyond 10%, damaged in transit), we will reprint free of charge within 7 days of delivery. No cash refunds unless production has not commenced.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines are 5–7 business days for standard orders from the date of artwork approval and payment confirmation. Delays due to logistics partners or force majeure events are not our liability. We ship Pan-India via reputed courier partners.
6. Payment
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. All transactions are secured via our payment gateway. Reward points can be redeemed up to 20% of the order value. Promo codes are subject to minimum order amounts and validity dates.
7. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including templates, images, logos, and text — is the intellectual property of Nivas Graphic Print unless otherwise stated. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nivas Graphic Print shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the order value paid.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Virudhunagar District.
